Problem

Notable is an engineering company specialising in chemical product-related fields, offering three distinct product groups: dosing pumps, chemical pumps, and chemicals. With over a decade of success in the B2B market, the company has built a strong industry presence. The current project aims to enhance brand awareness and expand its network of regular customers. A key challenge lies in the company’s three distinct operating sectors, each catering to a different user group with unique needs. Additionally, the extensive technical details in product descriptions add further complexity to the user experience.

Solution

I redesigned the information architecture using operational data, prioritising key positions. By analysing client request statistics, I developed

an optimal content hierarchy.

To improve navigation and visual appeal,
I introduced a card-based design
on the main page.

We chose to move away from the industry’s typical monochrome schemes of various blue shades, expanding our palette to include violet and magenta. This shift led to a modern, analogous colour scheme, forming the foundation of the gradient in the updated logo. Our goal is to inspire trust and creativity in users, reflecting Notable’s commitment to reliable and innovative technological solutions.

A fully adaptable design was developed to ensure responsiveness across various devices, considering the specific ways users interact with the product through dynamic, interactive components.

Design System

During the project, a comprehensive design system was developed, comprising 1,400 components,
290 styles, and 170 options.
The design system follows
the principles of atomicity, aiming
to ensure maximum accessibility
and consistent layouts.
